Want a longer, double eco-lodge adventure? Combine the Pacuare trip with a visit to Panama’s Casa Cayuco eco lodge in the Bocas del Toro Marine Park on the Caribbean’s Bastimento Island. After your three-day trip down the Pacuare River, you’ll cross the border into Panama at Sixola, where a short motorboat ride whisks you to your deluxe accommodations in the park.
