Back to China for 2021 IRF World Rafting Champs

IRF World Rafting Champs 2021 and 2022 Dates/Locations Announced

Following the postponement of the International Rafting Federation’s 2020 World Rafting Championship (WRC), the IRF has announced the schedule for its World Rafting Championships in 2021 and 2022. And the drum roll, please…

WRC 2021 will be held in China from Aug. 15 to 21, on the Wupai River in the city of Ziyuan. The site was home to the 2019 IRF Pre-Worlds and has hosted two other IRF World Cups. IRF WRC 2021 will be R4 and so national members may need to review their selections accordingly.

Bosnia and Herzegovina will host WRC 2022 from May 29 to 05, 2022, on the famous River Vrbas. This will be an R6 championship.
